The Claremont Colleges Mixed-Use Student Housing project is located on the Campus of Keck Graduate Institute in Claremont, California. It will be comprised of 292 apartment style units with approximately 400 beds and totals 224,00 square feet with 10,000 square feet for classroom space. The residential amenities include a private courtyard with a swimming pool, a fitness center, study rooms, “hotel style” lobby/lounge and a beautifully landscaped public plaza that can be utilized for ceremonies and other campus events. Additionally, the project will provide 212 new parking stalls around the campus. The 15-month project began construction on May 1, 2017 and is expected to be completed by early August, 2018.
