The Series 2022 Project will be the first on-campus student housing project to serve Napa Valley College and will be known as River Trail Village. The Project is designed across 7 acres and will be the new gateway to the northern side of the campus and a short walk to South Napa Market Center. The Project consists of three distinct buildings in one community, with a total of 280 units and 580 beds. Each building consists of four stories of Type V-A wood framing with a slab on-grade foundation system.
