Orange Coast Community College
Orange Coast Community College is the first student housing facility on the Costa Mesa, CA campus. The $120 million facility includes a living lab environment with a focus on all students at OCC to further enhance matriculation, student development and academic success. No public funds were used to build The Harbour. The College works with a third-party property manager, Scion, to oversee daily operations.
