National Campus and Community Development Corporation

In the Fall of 2022, Prairie Lea Hall, an approximately 508 bed student housing project, opened on the campus of Blinn College in Brenham, Texas. The $37 million project is composed of two buildings and is considered on-campus housing for Blinn College. It includes amenities such as a community kitchen and a conference/business center in each building. Prairie Lea Hall is NCCD's second project on the Blinn College campus.
