Cain Hall Redevelopment II

Hotel and Conference Center

Completed for the 2018 football season, the $152 million Doug Pitcock '49 Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center is situated near the heart of Texas A&M's ever-growing campus. Housed in a striking glass tower across from Kyle Field and near the Memorial Student Center, the hotel and conference center provide stunning accommodations to host current and former students, their parents and visitors for meetings, events and celebrations.

The hotel joins the Cain Parking Garage just off Wellborn Road at the previous site of Cain Hall. The 250,000-square-foot project includes a full-service restaurant featuring fresh, locally sourced, Texas-centric ingredients, a bar and 1,000 square feet of retail space, an outdoor pool, a fitness center, an outdoor event area, a 650-seat ballroom and more than 28,000 square feet of conference and meeting space. The eight-floor hotel has 250 rooms -- 237 standard rooms, eight standard suites, three hospitality suites and two deluxe suites. The hotel is operated by Benchmark Hospitality and funded without tuition or tax dollars utilizing a public-private partnership.

Texas A&M is ground-leasing the land for the hotel to the nonprofit NCCD - Cain Hall Redevelopment II Inc..
