The $148,590,000 Series 2023 Project is comprised of an approximately 128,000 square foot academic and instructional facility for the College of Business to be located on the campus of University of Nevada, Reno.

The College of Business building is expected to be a 5-story glass and brick building with a roof-level mechanical penthouse. The Series 2023 Project is planned to primarily consist of a mixture of academic instructional spaces, including an auditorium, classrooms, computer labs, and team meeting spaces, along with student gathering and amenity spaces and administrative functions, such as faculty and staff offices.

Adjacent to a planned future hotel, the Series 2023 Project will be part of the planned Mathewson University Gateway District and is envisioned as a “gateway” which will further connect the University of Nevada, Reno campus with the downtown area of the City of Reno.

The project is expected to be completed by July of 2025.
