River Trail Village is the first on-campus student housing project to serve Napa Valley College. The Series 2022 Project is designed across 7 acres and is the new gateway to the northern side of the campus and a short walk to South Napa Market Center. River Trail Village consists of three distinct buildings in one community, with a total of 280 units and 580 beds. The project opened in August of 2024.
